NIGERIAN 4 1 9 old scam/fraud still going around, trying to take advantage of paypal account users. I just experienced it myself today, luckily, i was diligent in my verifications and did not get taken advantage of. I googled the erroneous email address and was alerted (Thanks again Mr. Google). I advertised some used cell phones online (to sell them). sandrajones1982@gmail.com contacted me to purchase them, said she was in Germany at a conference meeting but wanted phones sent to nigeria. Flag went up right then. but i wanted to see how far they would go. She sent an email saying the money was deposited in my paypal account, i tried to verify it but no deposit was made. i called paypal long distance too.. I was smart enough not to use the links contained in the email verifying the deposits (those were fake too).
